We get to know what you want from the role, draw up an appropriate job description and agree the advert with you.

Advertise and attract
We place adverts on job boards, monitor the response, adjust where needed and alert our database of job seekers.

Shortlist and screen
We shortlist CVs and send you recommendations. Brief first-contact interviews qualify candidates, and we arrange the interviews you want.

Hand over to you
You conduct the interviews and make the decision. If you would like us to attend, draw up questions or negotiate a package on your behalf, we can do that for an hourly rate.
